Dispatch time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping carriers
All orders are shipped using trusted postal and courier services. Once your parcel has been transferred to the carrier, the parcel becomes subject to the carrier’s delivery schedules and processes.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may vary depending on location and local postal systems.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are guidelines only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather disruptions, and customs processing for international orders.
International shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are outside our control.
Loss, delay, or damage in transit
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, Emphory is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond our control.
If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with lodging a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect delivery address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels after dispatch and are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs charges, we will contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
